Brian Farrell, our senior consultant, has been working in senior management across some of the UK's largest leasing companies (Lex Autolease, Arval, LeasePlan). In 2017 he set up Kennel Consultancy with a view to helping other companies gain from his experience and optimise the use of their resources.

In any project our starting point is to understand the businesses definition of success. The core outcomes are needed to deliver the desired result (bells and whistles can be added later).
Once identified we can then break the project into short term and long term deliverables. Building momentum and demonstrating success at a early stage creates buy in from the business and allows people to visualise future outcomes.
